I need help with exercises for abs?

I am a 14 (almost 15) year old girl, 5’4, 109 lbs, and I absolutely hate my stomach! I am normal weight for my height, I know. I’m not looking to lose weight or anything. I just want a nice body. I’d really like to get abs by the end of this year. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and drink lots of water. I’m not really looking to spend money on exercise equipment, since i have no money. I do have a Wii Fit, but I don’t think there’s exercises on there for abs. What is a good exercise routine I can use to get abs? How often should I do it? What should my diet be like? Thanks :)

Ok, the first step is to increase your metabolism. It sounds like you’re doing good, just remember, WATER, WATER, WATER! But drink it throughout the day, and not all at once. Get lots of B Vitamins, and eat about 6 small meals throughout the day to keep your blood sugar stable for maximum weight loss.

    A good workout would be:

    1. Standing Twists – EASY

Stand with your feet about a foot apart, and twist your body to the right while moving your left arm across your chest in a punching motion, and then do this but twist to the left and extend right arm. Do this 100 times.

    2. Basic Crunches are a no-fail way of getting Michelangelo-worthy abs.

    3. If you have "love handles", or just want to work your Obliques, then:

Lay down on your stomach, and put your hands at your side, and keep them straight. Raise your head off the ground, and then raise your legs off the ground to about mid-thighs. Then kick your legs back and forth in sets of 25. Repeat.

    4. This one is one I created myself. When you are doing nothing, (Watching TV, in class, etc.), just hold your feet off the ground!it puts tension in your stomach muscles, and builds them up.
